How It Works
We aren't like the JCPenny mall studios you may remember in the 90's and early 2000's. We bring a fresh look to the photography studios of the past. (Although, we aren't afraid of a little throwback if you wanna get creative ;)
At Fealty Studio, you can rent out the space for your photoshoot or mini session, plan an event, host a workshop or class, gather with friends... there are so many ways this space can be used. We can accommodate up to 30 people for events. We want to make sure you have fun, have the tools you need, and create your own magic in this space.
For clients: You are welcome to hire your own photographer for your photoshoots! If you need recommendations, we’ve got you covered with many talented photographers in the area. Sierrah Hankins is the owner of Fealty Studio and is available to hire as your photographer as well - however, any bookings you schedule with her have free access to the studio, so be sure to check in with her before booking your studio rental.
For photographers: Rentals are minimum of 1 hour, but feel free to use the space for multiple sessions per hour if you’re doing minis! We will have seasonal sets for you to use, or you can bring your own props! Our studio provides ample natural lighting and we have a few soft boxes, but feel free to bring your own lighting gear as well!
House Rules
Studio rentals are $45 per hour. Your booking time includes set up and tear down/clean up, so please be mindful of the time so that the studio is ready for the next guest.
Any excessively late departure or messy studio may result in a $15 fee charged to the card on file.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
Booking cancellations are non-refundable. However, we understand things happen, and guests may reschedule their bookings in accordance with these guidelines:
Guests may reschedule their booking 24 hours prior to the original booking time. Any notice given less than 24 hours in advance is non-refundable.
A new date must be selected within 48 hours and is subject to availability of the studio.
Other House Policies:
Dogs are welcome :) Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the outside courtyard.
If any items are damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for replacement cost of the item.
A studio host will be available on-site to help with any questions, backdrop set up, bounce ideas off of, etc! We want you to have fun, be inspired, and love what you create in the space!
Events:
Host your own event at Fealty Studio. Our space can accommodate up to 30 guests. We will provide 3 folding tables, (no linens), and 30 chairs. Minimum 4 hour rental for events. Please inquire here to chat about your event and we will send a direct booking link.
Perfect for: creative events, workshops, bridal occasions, birthdays, small parties, intimate elopements, meetings, and more.
Event fees are the standard $45 per hour rental time, plus a $100 flat fee for use and set up of tables, chairs, and cleaning.
Private Outdoor Courtyard:
We are directly attached to The Gathering Ground - a private, outdoor venue. We have our own door access from inside the studio. The Gathering Ground is a beautiful space with privacy fencing, lush grass, aged brick walls, and dreamy market lights.
Your rental includes uses of both spaces during that time - feel free to move back and forth between spaces, shift props around, and clean up in the time allotted.
